After you publish a service in the Compute Nest console, you can list it as a product on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. Binding the published service to the product creates a transaction link that allows users to purchase the service. For products that are a one-time purchase and do not require renewal, choose the pay-per-use sales model. This topic describes how to list a Compute Nest service on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace as a pay-per-use product.
Prerequisites
You are registered as an independent software vendor (ISV) with Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. For more information, see How to apply to become an Alibaba Cloud Marketplace technology partner.
The service that you want to publish is online in Compute Nest and is either a private service or a fully managed service. For more information, see Create a service.
(Optional) If you want to add a feature to check for overdue payments, integrate the
CheckOutLicenseAPI into your service. For more information, see Verify the validity period of a service instance.NoteYou can test the verification API only after the category review is approved.

In the dialog box that appears, click Confirm and Submit.
After you submit the information, the product review process is automatically triggered.
Step 3: Submit for review and self-test
After you submit all the information, Alibaba Cloud Marketplace reviews the product category.
If the product fails the review, it is returned to the service provider for modification. The product must then be submitted for category review again.
After the product passes the category review, the service provider must perform a self-test on the product.

After the product passes the category review, return to the service details page in the Compute Nest console to bind the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace product specifications. This step is required to ensure that the product passes the self-test.
NoteIf you integrated CheckOutLicense, you must also test the integration.
Go to the details page of the service that is published to Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
In the Basic Information section, find Sales Status and click Go to Settings.
On the Sales Configuration tab, click Bind. Then, for the corresponding product specification, select the specification and template package information.

Click OK.
After the self-test is complete, you can submit the product for functional review. After the review is complete, the service is automatically listed on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace.
View the product
After the product is published, the Compute Nest service logo is displayed on the product details page on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. The logo indicates that your software is deployed to Alibaba Cloud through Compute Nest and that service stability is guaranteed.
When a user purchases the software, the order confirmation page on Alibaba Cloud Marketplace displays the cloud resource configuration that you set in the Compute Nest service template and the corresponding fees. Alibaba Cloud Marketplace settles the software fees with you later. The fees for cloud resource consumption are deducted from the user's account during the one-click deployment process. These fees are not collected when the software order is confirmed.
