After alerts are triggered, you can view the alerts by cloud service, application group, alert level, and alert contact group.


  1. Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alerts > Alert History.
  3. On the Alert History page, search for the historical alerts that you want to view.
  4. In the Alert History list, find the historical alert that you want to manage and click Details in the Actions column.
    In the panel that appears, view the resource, alert rule, alert contact, and details of the alert.
