You can download a resource usage report on your PC. This way, you can view the metric data of resources without the need to connect your PC to the cloud.

Prerequisites

If you use a RAM user to perform this operation, make sure that the system policy AliyunCloudMonitorFullAccess is attached to the RAM user. For more information, see Grant permissions to a RAM user.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Hybrid Cloud Monitoring > Resource Usage Report.
  3. On the Resource Usage Report page, find the report task that you want to manage and click Download Latest Report in the Actions column.

    You can download a resource usage report in the Excel format. You can view the details about the resources and the maximum, minimum, and average values of the metrics in the downloaded report.

    Note In the upper-right corner of the page, click Download Sample Report to obtain a report template. You cannot use the template to analyze data.
