To improve observability for our gateway products and ensure the gateway log dashboard remains available, we will upgrade the CloudMonitor 2.0 integration component for Cloud-native AI Gateway and API Gateway. The upgrade is scheduled for 00:00:00 on April 24, 2026 (UTC+8). This upgrade optimizes the backend storage structure and index management for logs, resolving an issue where modifying an index could make the gateway dashboard unavailable.
The primary impact is as follows:
For new integrations: You cannot modify the index of new gateway Logstores.
For existing integrations: We will consolidate the indexes of existing gateway Logstores. After consolidation, you can no longer modify these indexes.
This upgrade does not affect billing or other gateway functionality.
