Real User Monitoring in Cloud Monitor 2.0 offers comprehensive monitoring for mobile applications on iOS and Android. This feature collects data on various exceptions and crashes, and reconstructs and analyzes the context of these events. Its detailed performance analysis helps you accurately trace the root cause of problems, enabling developers to resolve exceptions efficiently.
Access the feature
Log on to the Cloud Monitor 2.0 console, and select a workspace. In the left navigation pane, choose .
In the top navigation bar, click Application List, and then click the name of the target application.
You can use the time range picker in the upper-right corner of the page to adjust the query time range.
Entity details
The application overview page provides a summary of an application's status. This page displays key metrics, such as session count, Page View (PV), Unique Visitor (UV), resource count, API request count, and exception count. You can also view page performance and access trends.
Associated topology
The Associated Entity Topology page shows the call relationships between an application's internal resources for a specified time period.
Click a resource node to display the resource list in the panel on the right. From the panel, click an interface name to view the resource details.
Session tracing
To identify a problem, you often need to view its context to understand what happened. The session tracing feature performs end-to-end tracing based on a username or user ID. It reconstructs a user's access path to help you locate and analyze the cause of an error.
In the search box area, click the text box at the top to manually add query conditions.
In the quick filter area, select filters to apply to the sessions. These filters are linked to the search box.
In the aggregation graph area, select data to view based on aggregation metrics and dimensions. The metrics can be displayed as a bar chart, line chart, pie chart, or map.
In the session list area, view the detailed data for each session. Click a Session ID to view the session details. You can then drill down to view information about pages, resources, and user behavior.
Page access
The Page access page provides page-level metrics, such as access count, load time, and average duration. You can use this data to perform targeted analysis on specific pages.

In the trend graph area, view the trend curves of page access count, load time, and average duration. You can switch the average duration metric to average visits per user.
In the page list area, view data for all pages, such as type, access count, load time, average duration, and average visits per user. Click a page name to view page details, including trend analysis and page access details.
Resource loading
The Resource loading page provides resource-level data, such as load count and load error count. These resources include API requests and CDN static resources. You can use this data to perform targeted analysis on specific resources.

In the trend graph area, view the trends of resource load count, average load time, and error count. The load count can be broken down by resource type and request method.
In the resource list area, view data for all resources, such as type, request method, request count, failure count, slow count, average request time, and the number of calling pages. Click a resource name to view resource details, including trend analysis and resource loading details.
API requests
The API requests page provides API-level data, such as request count, request time, and status codes. You can use the abnormal request and request detail data to perform targeted analysis.

In the trend graph area, view the trends of the application's API request count and request time. It also shows the status code distribution.
In the API request list area, view information for all APIs, such as request method, request count, error count, slow count, success rate, and average request time. Click an API request name to view its details, including trend analysis and API request details.
Exception statistics
The Exception statistics page provides exception-level data, such as exception count, impact count, and exception distribution. You can use this data to perform targeted analysis on specific exceptions.

In the trend graph area, view the exception types and counts. It also shows the trends for the number of affected pages, users, and sessions.
In the exception list area, view information for all exceptions, such as exception type, exception count, last occurrence time, number of affected pages, number of affected page views, number of affected users, and number of affected sessions. Click an exception name to view its details, including trend analysis and exception details.
Stuttering statistics
The Stuttering statistics page shows stuttering issues in the current application. It also provides information about affected pages, users, and sessions.

In the trend graph area, view stuttering trends, impact, and distribution.
In the stuttering list area, view details for all stuttering events. This includes stuttering source, type, description, count, number of affected page views, number of affected access users, number of affected business users, and number of affected sessions. Click a stuttering source to view its resource details, including trend analysis and stuttering details.
Custom events
The Custom events page shows the custom events reported by the current application.
In the search box area, click the text box at the top to manually add query conditions.

In the trend graph area, view the number of reported custom events, and the number of associated users and sessions.
In the event list area, view information such as event name, event group, report count, property value, last report time, number of associated access users, number of associated business users, number of associated sessions, and page view count. Click an event name to view its details, including trend analysis and custom report details.
Custom logs
The Custom logs page shows the custom logs reported by the current application.

In the log list area, view information such as log name, log level, log content, log count, last report time, number of associated access users, number of associated business users, number of associated sessions, and page view count.
