CloudMonitor:Quota monitoring

Last Updated:Mar 12, 2025

CloudMonitor provides the quota monitoring feature to help you monitor the quota usage of cloud resources within your Alibaba Cloud account. You can view the monitoring charts of resource quotas and a list of quota aler rules that are triggered. You can configure alert rules to monitor resource status. If an alert is triggered based on specified alert rules, CloudMonitor sends an alert notification. This way, you are notified of the status of your resource quotas at the earliest opportunity.

Background information

A quota represents the maximum number of operations or cloud resources that an Alibaba Cloud account can utilize. Some cloud services enforce account-level quotas, while others apply region-level quotas.
