Create a system preset dashboard in Cloud Monitor - Cloud Monitor

Select a preset template in the Cloud Monitor console to create a dashboard. After creation, you can adjust the metrics and monitoring charts as needed.

Prerequisites

A namespace is created. Create a namespace.

Limits

Only Alibaba Cloud services are supported. Each namespace stores metrics for only one Alibaba Cloud service.

Background

When you create a preset dashboard, Hybrid Cloud Monitoring automatically creates a metric import task for the selected Alibaba Cloud service. The task appears on the Alibaba Cloud Service Metrics tab of the target namespace. If a task for that service already exists, Hybrid Cloud Monitoring merges the monitoring data automatically. Dashboard data is available only after import completes.

Procedure

Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Hybrid Cloud Monitoring > Dashboards.
On the Dashboards page, click Create Dashboard in the upper-left corner.
On the System Preset Dashboard tab, click the icon in the upper-right corner of the target template and select a namespace.
Click OK.
In the Tips dialog box, click OK.
Note
When you create a dashboard, Hybrid Cloud Monitoring automatically imports the required metrics. This action incurs fees. For more information, see Dashboards.
In the Tips dialog box, click OK.
Wait a few seconds for the data to update. On the Dashboards page, find your dashboard and click View in the Actions column.
