Announcement on the adjustment of the ACK monitoring feature

Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) will gradually adjust the monitoring feature of Cloud Monitor from 10:00:00 on April 25, 2024 to 23:00:00 on April 30, 2024. This adjustment does not affect the ACK clusters that are created before 10:00:00 on April 25, 2024.

Change description

After the adjustment, the monitoring feature is disabled by default for the metrics-server component of newly created clusters in the ACK console. You cannot monitor these clusters in the Cloud Monitor console. No data is available for the related metrics of these clusters.

Impacts

Before you can monitor ACK clusters in the Cloud Monitor console, you must enable the monitoring feature of Cloud Monitor for the metrics-server component. For more information, see Cloud Monitor.
