Due to system design requirements, starting from 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on August 1, 2025, several Cloud Call Center metrics currently integrated with CloudMonitor will be discontinued. After this change, existing alert rules may no longer function. You can reconfigure equivalent alert rules. The following table describes the affected metrics.
