Announcement on prohibition of text messages containing links and contact information sent to China Mobile numbers

Dear Alibaba Cloud users,
According to the latest requirements of China Mobile, starting from July 10, 2025, text messages sent to mobile numbers of China Mobile have a high probability of being blocked if the messages contain the following content, resulting in failed message delivery:
Links
Contact information, such as mobile numbers, landline numbers, or other customer service numbers
Impact and suggestion
Due to this control policy, mobile numbers of China Mobile may not be able to receive any alert text messages starting from July 10, 2025. We recommend that you add or switch to other alert channels to prevent missing alert information. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
