Update Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) gateways to the latest version from the Cloud Storage Gateway (CSG) console.
Warning
Updating a gateway causes temporary service interruptions. The gateway cannot respond to client requests during the update. Schedule updates during off-peak hours.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that you have:
An iSCSI gateway deployed in the CSG console
A newer gateway version available (the Upgrade button is enabled only when a newer version exists)
Procedure
Open the Gateways page in the CSG console.
Find the target gateway and click Upgrade in the Actions column. For service continuity and data security, the system automatically completes the update. You do not need to stop the gateway first.
