How do I resolve errors during product activation?
You may receive the following error during product activation:
Your information is incomplete. Complete your information before the operation.
Possible causes and solutions:

| The account has not completed enterprise identity verification, or the bill-to address is missing. | Log on to the account and complete the information on the Account Information page. |
| Credit control is not enabled for the main financial account. | Contact your Alibaba Cloud account manager to enable the credit control feature. |

What do I do if the contact does not receive finance and cloud product notifications?
Account Factory automatically adds a contact to the destination account. Alibaba Cloud then sends an email with a confirmation link to the contact's email address. The contact must click the link to activate the settings.
If the contact does not receive the email, or the confirmation times out, log on to the destination account to check the email verification status and retry.
