You can unsubscribe or release Cloud Firewall in a convenient manner based on your business requirements. This topic describes the rules and methods of self-service unsubscription and release for Cloud Firewall.

Subscription (Supported in Premium Edition, Enterprise Edition, and Ultimate Edition)

Refund supported

  • If you purchase Cloud Firewall within the previous five days, you can submit a ticket to apply for a refund.

  • If you have special requirements, contact the business manager of Cloud Firewall.

Refund not supported

If you purchase Cloud Firewall for more than five days and no quality issues exist, you cannot apply for a refund.

Manually release Cloud Firewall

You can manually release Cloud Firewall that uses the subscription billing method within 15 days before and 7 days after your subscription expires. If you release Cloud Firewall before your subscription expires, you cannot apply for a refund. Pay-as-you-go

Manually release Cloud Firewall

Bills of Cloud Firewall that uses the pay-as-you-go billing method are generated in real time based on your actual resource usage. No refunds are involved. If you no longer require Cloud Firewall that uses the pay-as-you-go billing method, you can release it. Before you release Cloud Firewall, make sure that your business data is backed up or migrated, and your business is not affected if Cloud Firewall is released. After you release Cloud Firewall, the billing immediately stops. Bills of Cloud Firewall that uses the pay-as-you-go billing method are generated on Day T+1. You can receive bills on Day T+1 after you release Cloud Firewall.
