The Application Groups
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
Created business groups and application groups in Cloud Firewall
Access to the Cloud Firewall console
View a region summary
Log on to the Cloud Firewall console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose System Settings > Business Visualization.
On the Application Groups page, review the summary statistics for each region, including the number of business groups, application groups, applications, vSwitches, and ECS instances per VPC.
Explore business group topology
After reviewing the region summary, drill into a specific VPC to inspect its topology.
On the Application Groups page, click the VPC that you want to inspect. The application group visualization page opens. The left panel shows the topology map; the right panel shows statistics for the VPC, including the counts of business groups, application groups, applications, and first visit traffic. In the topology map, each element is a circle. A circle labeled Application represents an application group; a circle labeled Business Group represents a business group. A larger circle indicates a higher importance level.
To filter by importance level, click in the left panel and select the importance level of the business groups to display.
To view the details of a specific business group, click the business group name in the topology map. The detail view shows the application groups, applications, dependent business groups, independent business groups, and first visit traffic for that business group.
To view the dependencies and traffic details of a specific business group, click View Details in the right panel. The business relationship page opens and displays the nodes and business relationships of the business group, including dependent business groups, independent business groups, and first visit traffic.
