Cloud Firewall:[Announcement] Cloud Firewall adds 13 regions for IPv6 public asset protection

Dear Alibaba Cloud users,

As of July 02, 2025, Cloud Firewall has officially added 13 global regions for protecting assets with public IPv6 addresses.

You can now enable IPv6 public asset protection in these regions to secure inbound and outbound Internet traffic, reducing security risks.

Instructions

You can enable IPv6 public asset protection for these regions on the Firewall Settings > Internet Firewall > IPv6 tab of the console. This allows you to implement security measures for your public IPv6 assets, including traffic audit, access control, and IPS intrusion prevention. For more information, see Internet firewall.
