Checks whether the compute nodes of a PolarDB instance use the Dedicated type.
Scenarios
Dedicated instances have exclusive access to CPU and memory, which ensures long-term performance stability. They are not affected by other instances on the same physical server.
Risk level
Default risk level: Low.
You can change the risk level for this rule as needed.
Detection logic
-
A PolarDB instance is considered compliant if its compute nodes are the Dedicated type.
-
A PolarDB instance is considered non-compliant if its compute nodes are the General-purpose type. To fix this, see Remediation.
