Compliance evaluation logic

If the expiration date of an AnalyticDB for MySQL instance is more than the specified number of days (default: 30) from the current date, or auto-renewal is enabled, the evaluation result is Compliant.

If the expiration date of an AnalyticDB for MySQL instance is less than or equal to the specified number of days (default: 30) from the current date, and auto-renewal is disabled, the evaluation result is Non-compliant.
