Cloud Config:slb-loadbalancer-bandwidth-limit

Last Updated:Jun 10, 2026

Checks whether the available bandwidth of each Server Load Balancer (SLB) instance meets or exceeds the threshold set by the input parameter.

Use cases

Use this rule to verify that SLB instances have enough bandwidth for your workloads. Instances with available bandwidth below the threshold are flagged as non-compliant, so you can identify and resolve bandwidth constraints before they affect service availability.

Risk level

Default risk level: low.

You can change the risk level when you apply this rule.

Compliance evaluation logic

  • Compliant: The available bandwidth of an SLB instance is at least the value of the bandwidth input parameter.

  • Non-compliant: The available bandwidth of an SLB instance is less than the value of the bandwidth input parameter. To fix this, see Non-compliance remediation.
