Cloud Config displays all your resources that reside in different regions in a list.
You can view the resources in the resource list in the Cloud Config console or download
the resource list to your on-premises machine to allocate resources and view the information
about a resource on your on-premises machine.
Use an ordinary account
If you use an ordinary account, you can download the resource list within your account.
- Log on to the Cloud Config console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- On the Global Resources page, generate the latest resource list.
- Click Generate Resource Inventory in the upper-right corner.
- In the Filter Conditions for Resource Reports dialog box, specify regions and resource types as filter conditions.
Note If you do not set filter conditions, the list that contains all resources is generated.
- Click OK.
- On the Global Resources page, download the latest resource list.

Step 3 to generate the latest resource list before you perform this step.
- Click Download Resource Inventory in the upper-right corner.
- In the Download Report message, click OK.
You can obtain a resource list in the Excel format. In the resource list, you can
view the information about a resource, such as the ID of the account to which the
resource belongs, the ID, name, type, status, and tags of the resource, the time when
the resource was created, and the region where the resource resides.
Use a management account
If you use a management account, you can download the resource list within your account.
You can also download the resource list within a member account in each account group.
- Log on to the Cloud Config console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- On the Global Resources page, click the required account group tab.
- On the required account group tab, generate the latest resource list.
- Click Generate Resource Inventory in the upper-right corner.
- In the Filter Conditions for Resource Reports dialog box, specify regions and resource types as filter conditions.
Note If you do not set filter conditions, the list that contains all resources is generated.
- Click OK.
- On the required account group tab, download the latest resource list.

- Click Download Resource Inventory in the upper-right corner.
- In the Download Report message, click OK.
