If related resources are associated with ECS instances and resource information is consistent with resource group information when the related resources inherit the resource group to which the ECS instances belong, the evaluation result is Compliant.
If related resources are not associated with ECS instances or resource information is not consistent with resource group information when the related resources inherit the resource group to which the ECS instances belong, the evaluation result is Non-compliant.
