In multi-account scenarios where a management account has enabled a resource directory, the management account or a delegated administrator account of Cloud Config can copy compliance packages from one account group to another account group. This helps efficiently manage the compliance rule sets of member accounts in multiple account groups. This topic describes how to copy a compliance package from one account group to another account group. In this example, a compliance package is copied from Account Group A to Account Group B.
Prerequisites
A management account that has enabled a resource directory or a delegated administrator account of Cloud Config is used to log on to the Cloud Config console. For more information, see Enable a resource directory.
Member accounts are created in the resource directory, or other Alibaba Cloud accounts have joined the resource directory as members. For more information, see Create a member and Invite an Alibaba Cloud account to join a resource directory.
Account Group A and Account Group B are created, and a compliance package is created within Account Group A. For more information, see Create an account group and Create a compliance package.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Config console.
In the upper-left corner of the console, select Account Group A from which you want to copy a compliance package.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Compliance Package page, find the compliance package that you want to copy, click the
icon in the Actions column, and then click Duplicate. In the Duplicate Package dialog box, select Account Group B to which you want to copy the compliance package from the drop-down list, and click OK.
View the copied compliance package in Account Group B.
In the upper-left corner of the console, select Account Group B to which the compliance package is copied.
On the Compliance Package page, you can view the compliance package that is copied from Account Group A and the compliance check result of the compliance package.
