This rule evaluates whether the average outbound bandwidth utilization of an SLB instance meets or exceeds a specified threshold for at least 8 hours within a given time range. The default detection range is the last 7 days. Instances not connected to CloudMonitor or without monitoring data are marked as not applicable. The check uses the CloudMonitor monitoring data API and consumes your basic CloudMonitor free quota. To improve detection quality, enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For billing details, see CloudMonitor billing.
Risk level

You can adjust the risk level based on your requirements.
Detection logic
-
An SLB instance is considered non-compliant if its average outbound bandwidth utilization is greater than or equal to a specified value for at least 8 hours within a time range. This rule does not apply if an SLB instance is not connected to CloudMonitor or has no monitoring data. By default, the detection time range is the last 7 days. This check uses the CloudMonitor monitoring data API and consumes your basic CloudMonitor free quota. To ensure detection quality, you can enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For more information about Hybrid Cloud Monitoring billing, see CloudMonitor billing.
