Evaluates whether a Redis instance has sustained high average CPU utilization. An instance is non-compliant if its average CPU utilization meets or exceeds a specified threshold for at least 8 hours within a detection period (default: last 7 days). This rule does not apply to cluster instances or instances without CloudMonitor connectivity or monitoring data.
Risk level

Detection logic
-
A Redis instance is non-compliant if its average CPU utilization meets or exceeds a specified threshold for at least 8 hours within a detection period. The default detection period is the last 7 days. This rule does not apply to cluster instances or instances not connected to CloudMonitor or without monitoring data. The check uses the CloudMonitor monitoring data API and consumes the free quota of Basic CloudMonitor. To ensure check accuracy, we recommend that you enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For information about billing, see CloudMonitor billing.
