Detection logic

An ALB instance is considered non-compliant if its 4xx error rate meets or exceeds a specified threshold for at least 8 hours within the detection time range. The rule does not apply if the ALB instance is not connected to Cloud Monitor or if no monitoring data is available. The default detection time range is the last 7 days. Detection uses the Cloud Monitor monitoring data API and consumes the free quota for basic Cloud Monitor. To ensure detection quality, we recommend that you enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For information about billing, see Cloud Monitor billing.
