Checks whether the outbound bandwidth usage of any elastic IP address (EIP) associated with an Application Load Balancer (ALB) instance meets or exceeds a specified threshold for at least 8 hours within a given period. The default detection period is the last 7 days.

Default risk level: Medium.
You can change the risk level to suit your requirements.
Detection logic
An ALB instance is considered non-compliant if the outbound bandwidth usage of any associated EIP meets or exceeds the specified threshold for at least 8 hours within the detection period (default: 7 days). Instances without associated EIPs, or ALB instances not connected to Cloud Monitor or without monitoring data, are marked as not applicable. This check calls the Cloud Monitor API and consumes the free monitoring quota. To improve detection quality, enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring. For billing details, see Billing of Cloud Monitor.
