Resource plans are used to offset fees when you settle bills. You can purchase resource plans to reserve resources and reduce costs. A resource plan is a subscription billing method that allows you to pay for resources before you use them. On the Resource Plans page of the Cloud Backup console, you can view the resource plan type, capacity, effective time, expiration time, and status. You can also view the details of a purchased resource plan, including the purchase account, the regions where the resource plan takes effect, and the total amount. You can renew or upgrade the resource plan.
Usage notes
You can use a Cloud Backup resource plan to offset the fees only of specific billable items.
