Resource plans offset fees during bill settlement, letting you reserve capacity at a discount over pay-as-you-go pricing. On the Resource Plans page in the Cloud Backup console, view plan type, capacity, effective time, expiration time, and status, and renew or upgrade plans.

Multiple resource plans take effect immediately. After a plan expires, usage reverts to pay-as-you-go rates. Expired plans cannot offset previously incurred fees.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Backup console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Resource Plans. Click Purchase.

Select the resource plan type and quantity. The Purchase resource plans guide covers available options. Click Buy Now to complete the purchase, or Add to Cart to buy later.
