    Cloud Backup:What do I do if the download link for the files that are not backed up is missing when the backup job status is Partially Completed?

    • Issue

      When the status of backup jobs for Elastic Compute Service (ECS) file backup, on-premises file backup, local NAS backup, or Cloud Parallel File Storage (CPFS) backup is Partially Completed, the download link for the files that are not backed up is missing.

    • Cause

      Due to local network issues, the Cloud Backup client fails to upload the files that are not backed up to the Cloud Backup console. As a result, the corresponding download link is not generated.

    • Solution

      Log on to the server and locate the CSV files (including the files that are not backed up) for the corresponding backup jobs.

      • Path of the files that are not backed up on Linux: /opt/alibabacloud/hbrclient/www/dist/metadata

      • Path of the files that are not backed up on Windows: C:\Program Files\Aliyun Hybrid Backup Service Client\client\www\dist\metadata
