This topic describes how to view the bills and usage details for Cloud Backup.
Procedure
View bill details
Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.
On the Bill Details page of the Expenses and Costs console, set the query conditions for your version.
Old version: On the Billing Details tab, set the Billing Cycle. Then, filter by Product, select Cloud Backup, and use Statistic Item and Statistical Period to select the bill dimension.
You can also filter the query results using options such as resource group, instance name.
New version: Select the bill dimension using Statistic Item and Statistic Period, set the billing month, and then filter by Product Name and select Cloud Backup.
You can also filter the query results by options such as resource group, , resource instance name/ID, and items with a payable amount of 0.
To download the bill details, click Export Billing Overview (CSV). You can then set the filter conditions, export the bill file in CSV format, and download the file.
Query usage details
In Expenses and Costs, on the Bill Details page, perform the actions for your version to navigate to the feature page.
For the previous version: Click the View Usage Details tab.
For the new version: Click View Usage Details in the top-right corner.
On the View Usage Details page, set the query conditions as described in the following table.

Select the time range for the query.
You can query resource usage for only one calendar month at a time. For example, if the start time is 2022-02-01, the latest end time that you can set is 2022-02-28. You cannot set the end time to 2022-03-01.
Billable Item
Select Hbr.
Time Unit
The default value is Hour.
Click Export CSV to export the usage data. Download the CSV file to your computer to view the usage details for Cloud Backup.
