This topic describes how to manage the alert rules of ApsaraDB for ClickHouse.
Prerequisites
An ApsaraDB for ClickHouse Community-compatible Edition or Enterprise Edition cluster is created.
Your RAM user must be granted the AliyunARMSFullAccess permission of Application Real-time Monitoring Service (ARMS). The alerting feature of ApsaraDB for ClickHouse depends on the alerting service provided by ARMS. For more information about how to grant the permission to a RAM user, see Grant permissions to a RAM user.
Procedure
Log on to the ApsaraDB for ClickHouse console.
In the top navigation bar, select the region where the cluster is deployed.
On the Clusters page, click the Clusters of Community-compatible Edition tab or the Enterprise Edition Clusters tab and click the ID of the cluster that you want to manage.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Monitoring and Alerting.
On the page that appears, click Cluster Alerting.
On the ClickHouseAlerts or Enterprise EditionClickHouseAlerts page, find the alert rule that you want to manage and select an option in the Actions column. You can perform the following operations:
View the historical alerts: Click Alert Event History in the Actions column.
Modify the alert rule: Click Edit in the Actions column. In the Edit ClickHouseAlert Rule page, modify the parameters. For more information about the parameters, see the ApsaraDB for ClickHouse console section of the Configure an alert rule topic.
Copy the alert rule: Click Copy in the Actions column to create an alert rule that is the same as the current alert rule.
Disable the alert rule: Click Stop in the Actions column. After the alert rule is disabled, no alert is triggered when the alert conditions specified in the rule are met.
Enable the alert rule: Click Start in the Actions column. After the alert rule is enabled, an alert is triggered when the alert conditions specified in the rule are met.
Delete the alert rule: Click Delete in the Actions column. After the alert rule is deleted, you cannot restore the alert rule. You need to create an alert rule.
