Backup storage fees

Billing rules: ApsaraDB for ClickHouse Community-compatible Edition provides a free backup storage quota. Free backup storage = 100% × cluster storage space. If your backup data exceeds the free quota, you are charged hourly for the excess on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Backup usage within the free quota:
If the free backup storage is 50 GB and the used backup space is 40 GB, no fee is charged.

Backup usage exceeds the free quota:
Assume that you purchase a Community-compatible Edition cluster in the China (Hangzhou) region. The free backup storage is 50 GB, the used backup space is 100 GB, and the usage duration is 1 hour. The backup storage fee = (100 - 50) × 0.000024 × 1 = USD 0.0012.
