The specific cloud services are Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS), Classic Load Balancer (CLB), and elastic network interface (ENI). This topic describes the specific cloud services and the billing details.

  • The specific cloud services are required for you to enable and use the specific features of ApsaraDB ClickHouse clusters that are created after September 30, 2021. The specific cloud services are not required for you to enable and use the specific features of ApsaraDB ClickHouse clusters that are created before September 30, 2021.
  • After an ApsaraDB ClickHouse cluster is released, the specific cloud services stop charging.

ARMS Monitoring and alerting
  • Monitoring: depends on Prometheus Service. After you activate Prometheus Service, you can view monitoring data that is generated within 15 days in the ApsaraDB ClickHouse console free of charge. Monitoring data that is generated for more than 15 days is automatically removed.
  • Alerting: depends on the alert management feature of ARMS. ARMS bills you based on the types of service that you activate.
CLB Virtual private cloud (VPC) activation and application for a connection over the Internet
  • VPC activation: depends on CLB. CLB bills you for a CLB instance of Small I (slb.s1.small). In this case, you are billed based on the specification fee.
  • Application for a connection over the Internet: depends on CLB. CLB bills you for a CLB instance of Small I (slb.s1.small). In this case, you are billed based on the instance fee, data transfer fee, and specification fee.

ENI ENI-based network connection ENI is free of charge and is automatically activated when you use ApsaraDB for ClickHouse.
