This topic describes how to use the message workbench to communicate with users in real time.
Prerequisites

Chat App Message Service has been activated.

You have created a channel and have registered, bound, or authorized the corresponding account. You can perform these operations in channel management.
Procedure
Go online

Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Message Workbench.

On the message workbench page, select one or more phone numbers to bring online.

Click the Offline button at the top to switch it to the online state.
NoteYou can use the button to toggle between the online and offline statuses.
Start a conversation

On the chatbot tab of the message workbench page, enter a user's phone number in the search box.

Select the user from the search results.

In the right conversation panel, select the Send Account for the message.

From the send account drop-down list, select an account (for example, Viber), compose your message, and click Send.
