Chat App Message Service:Sentiment/Topic Classification

This topic describes how to configure the Sentiment/Topic Classification component, which assigns custom emotion or topic tags to text and must be used in conjunction with Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

Preparations

Before configuring the Sentiment/Topic Classification component, you need to activate Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

You can enter the canvas orchestration page of the flow through an existing flow or by creating a new flow.

  • Go to the canvas page of an existing flow or a new flow.

    Log on to Chat App Message Service Console. Choose Chat Flow > Flow Management. Click the name of the flow that you want to edit. The canvas page of the flow appears.

  • Create a new flow to go to the canvas page. For more information, see Create a flow.

Procedure

  1. Click the Sentiment/Topic Classification icon on the canvas to view the configurations on the right.

  2. Configure the component based on your needs. For more information, see Parameters.

  3. Click Save in the upper-right corner. In the message that appears, click Save.

Input Setting

Enter the input variable or text.

Classification Setting

Customize multiple emotion categories or use the default classifications, and configure different flow settings through multi-branch configurations.

Multi-Branching Setting

Choose whether to enable multi-branch configurations. After enabling, you can add components to different emotion branches on the canvas for specific configurations.

Output Setting

Output the detected emotion as a variable.
