This topic describes how to configure the Sentiment/Topic Classification component, which assigns custom emotion or topic tags to text and must be used in conjunction with Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

Preparations
Before configuring the Sentiment/Topic Classification component, you need to activate Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.
You can enter the canvas orchestration page of the flow through an existing flow or by creating a new flow.
Go to the canvas page of an existing flow or a new flow.
Log on to Chat App Message Service Console. Choose Chat Flow > Flow Management. Click the name of the flow that you want to edit. The canvas page of the flow appears.

Create a new flow to go to the canvas page. For more information, see Create a flow.
Procedure
Click the Sentiment/Topic Classification icon on the canvas to view the configurations on the right.

Configure the component based on your needs. For more information, see Parameters.
Click Save in the upper-right corner. In the message that appears, click Save.

Parameter | Description | Example |

Input Setting | Enter the input variable or text. |

Classification Setting | Customize multiple emotion categories or use the default classifications, and configure different flow settings through multi-branch configurations. |

Multi-Branching Setting | Choose whether to enable multi-branch configurations. After enabling, you can add components to different emotion branches on the canvas for specific configurations. |

Output Setting | Output the detected emotion as a variable. |
