This topic describes how to create and manage an SMS fallback policy, which can be used when you are sending a message.
Prerequisites
You have created a fallback rule.
Create a fallback policy
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Fallback strategy.
On the Fallback strategy page, click Add. In the Fallback strategy setting dialog box, set Name of strategy and select Contains rules.
Click OK.
View a fallback policy
On the Fallback strategy page, view Strategy ID and Name of strategy.
Note
To modify a fallback policy, click Edit in the Operate column. You can modify the values of Name of strategy and Contains rules.
To delete a fallback policy, click Delete in the Operate column, and click OK in the displayed dialog box.
