Chat App Message Service:Query bills

This topic describes how to query bills.

Prerequisites

Important
  • The bill amount is the total cost based on your usage. The final amount due may be lower after deductions for coupons or funds from your account balance. To view your actual payment amount, go to the Expenses and Costs console.

  • You can download bills as Excel files, including summary bills, bill details, and instance bills (bills for specific numbers). Bills for the last 24 months are available for download from the console. To obtain bills older than 24 months, submit a ticket.

Query bills

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Bill Query.

  3. On the Bill Query page, click the Bills tab.

  4. Select a billing cycle and a service. To download the bill, click the Download Bill button.

Query bill details

  1. On the Bill Query page, click the Bill Details tab.

  2. Select a billing cycle, service, and billable item.

    Click the gear icon to customize the displayed fields.

Personalized bills

Personalized bills provide cost reports organized by WABA account and business number, which helps you track spending for each.

  1. On the Bill Query page, click the Personalized Bills tab.

  2. Click Configure, set the fields to display in the personalized bills, and then click Save.

  3. Select a billing cycle. To download the bill, click the download button.
