    Use AI Analytics to analyze a flow's heatmap, pinpoint issues, and identify optimization opportunities. After the analysis completes, ask questions in the input box or select a prompt template for deeper insights.

    Feature overview

    AI Analytics is powered by Qwen. It analyzes an entire flow or a single component and provides insights into flow structure, runtime data, key component performance, potential issues, and optimization recommendations.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Chat Flow. From the list, select the flow you want to analyze and click its name.

    3. On the flow canvas, click the Heatmap tab, and then click the image icon on the left.

    4. The AI Analytics panel appears.

      Flow Analysis reviews the overall flow structure, runtime data, and component configurations, and provides optimization suggestions. Component Analysis checks for component errors, analyzes runtime data, and suggests fixes or optimizations.

      You can choose either Flow Analysis or Component Analysis:

      1. In the dialog box, click Get Started.

      2. Wait for the analysis to complete.

      3. Ask a question in the input box or select a prompt template.

    5. Start a multi-turn conversation.

      After the initial analysis completes, select a prompt template or enter a custom question in the input box to ask follow-up questions. Wait for the results to be displayed.

      This analysis is generated by an AI model, and its results are for reference only, as its accuracy and completeness cannot be guaranteed.
