Procedure

Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Chat Flow. From the list, select the flow you want to analyze and click its name.

On the flow canvas, click the Heatmap tab, and then click the
icon on the left. -
The AI Analytics panel appears.
Flow Analysis reviews the overall flow structure, runtime data, and component configurations, and provides optimization suggestions. Component Analysis checks for component errors, analyzes runtime data, and suggests fixes or optimizations.
You can choose either Flow Analysis or Component Analysis:
