Chat App Message Service:AI-based intelligent analysis instructions

This topic describes how to use AI-based intelligent analysis to analyze a flow's heatmap. This analysis helps you identify issues and optimization opportunities for the flow. After the analysis is complete, you can ask questions in the input box or select a prompt template.

Introduction

AI-based intelligent analysis is an intelligent analysis tool powered by the Tongyi large model. You can use it to quickly analyze an entire flow or a single component. The analysis provides insights into the flow structure, runtime data distribution, key node performance, potential issues, and optimization suggestions.

Usage notes

  • This feature is available only in the console. An API is not available for this feature.

  • This feature has usage limits. Use it judiciously.

  • The analysis is generated by an AI model. The resulting data and suggestions are for reference only. You should verify any critical information.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Flow Editor. From the flow list, click the name of the flow that you want to analyze.

  3. On the flow canvas, click Heatmap Analysis and then click the image icon on the left.

  4. The AI-based Intelligent Analysis interface is displayed.

    Choose either Full Flow Analysis or Single Component Analysis:

    Single Component Analysis

    1. Click the Start button.

    2. Wait for the AI analysis to complete.

    3. Ask a question in the input box or select a prompt template.

    1. Click the component to analyze, or hover over the component and click the analysis icon.

    2. Wait for the AI analysis to complete.

    3. Ask a question in the input box or select a prompt template.

  5. Start a multi-turn conversation.

    After the initial analysis is complete, you can ask follow-up questions by selecting a prompt template or entering a custom question in the text box. Then, wait for the analysis results.

    The analysis is generated by an AI model. The accuracy and completeness of the analysis are not guaranteed. Use the results for reference only.
