Marketing Messages Lite (MML) is a new, optimized marketing message solution from WhatsApp. It helps businesses improve performance and message quality by automatically optimizing message delivery and the reader's experience. This leads to better business outcomes and an improved user experience.
Chat App Message Service will update the rules for creating and sending marketing template messages on the following timeline:

Starting April 1, 2025, MML will be available in all countries/regions that support WhatsApp business messages. Please complete the Marketing Messages Lite registration on the WABA Management page for your WhatsApp channel as soon as possible after this date.
In the left-side navigation pane, click WABA Management. In the WABA information table, find the Actions column and click Marketing Messages Lite registration.

Starting May 1, 2025, businesses that have not successfully registered for MML cannot create new marketing templates.
Starting July 1, 2025, businesses that have not successfully registered for MML will be restricted from sending marketing template messages.
To avoid disrupting your marketing message delivery, please complete your MML registration as soon as possible after April 1, 2025.
