Effective April 1, 2026, Meta will update WhatsApp message rates for several countries and regions. These changes will affect marketing, utility, authentication, and authentication (international) messages.

India: Rates for authentication (international) messages will increase.
Pakistan: Rates for utility and authentication messages will increase.
Saudi Arabia: Rates for marketing and MML messages will increase.
Regions with rate decreases:

Effective time
For pay-as-you-go users: Messages sent to the listed countries and regions will be billed at the new rates starting at 00:00 on April 1, 2026.
For subscription users: New messages sent after the Chat App Message Service rates are updated will be billed at the new rates.
