You can renew a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) bandwidth plan to extend its term and prevent service disruptions from expiration.
Renew in the CEN console
Log on to the CEN console.
On the CEN Instance page, click the ID of the CEN instance that you want to manage.
On the instance details page, go to the tab. Find the bandwidth plan that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the Renew page, set the Duration.
In the Terms of Service section, read and select Terms of Service, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.
Renew in the Billing Management console
In the Billing Management console, you can configure manual renewal, auto-renewal, or non-renewal for a bandwidth plan. Before you begin, take note of the following:
For an expired bandwidth plan, only manual renewal is supported.
For a bandwidth plan that expires within one day, auto-renewal is not supported. You can only use manual renewal or set it to non-renewal.
Log on to the CEN console.
In the top navigation bar, choose .
On the / Manage Renewal page, search for the bandwidth plan.
On the Manual Renewal, Auto-renewal, or Nonrenewal upon Expiration tab, find the bandwidth plan and select a renewal option.
