Maximum bandwidths and SLAs supported by CDT - Cloud Data Transfer

Lists the maximum bandwidth and service level agreement (SLA) for each Alibaba Cloud service supported by Cloud Data Transfer (CDT).

CDT (Cloud Data Transfer) is a billing mode, not a bandwidth throttling mechanism. The maximum bandwidth values listed in the table below represent the specification ceiling of each supported Alibaba Cloud service (such as ECS and EIP) under pay-as-you-go billing — they are not limitations imposed by CDT.

If your actual transfer speed is lower than expected or you suspect bandwidth throttling, troubleshoot the following factors before attributing the issue to CDT mode:

Instance bandwidth configuration: Verify the bandwidth limit configured for the corresponding cloud service instance. For example, an ECS instance configured with 100 Mbit/s bandwidth cannot exceed this limit regardless of CDT billing mode.
Network link quality: Check for packet loss or high latency on the actual network path between the source and destination.
Remote server capacity: The download speed may be constrained by the capacity of the target server or content delivery network (CDN).
Local network environment: Confirm that your local network connection is not the bottleneck.

The following table lists the maximum bandwidth and SLA of pay-by-data-transfer instances for each CDT-supported service.
