Description

Chinese Mainland Only

All requests are scheduled to edge nodes that are deployed in the Chinese Mainland. Requests from outside the Chinese mainland are scheduled to edge points of presence (POPs) managed by China Telecom (East China Division). The accelerated domain name must have a valid Internet Content Provider (ICP) number. For more information, see Limits.

Global

All requests are scheduled to the nearest edge POPs. The accelerated domain name must have a valid ICP number. For more information, see Limits.

Global (Excluding the Chinese Mainland)

All requests are scheduled to edge POPs that are deployed in Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Taiwan (China), or other regions or countries outside the Chinese mainland.

Requests from the Chinese Mainland are scheduled to edge POPs that are deployed in Japan, Singapore, or Hong Kong (China). The accelerated domain name is not required to have an ICP number.

Note

Clients will not be able to access POPs in the Chinese mainland. Before switching the acceleration region, ensure that no traffic comes from the Chinese mainland and clear the local DNS cache after the switch.
