The O&M Reports page gives Bastionhost administrators a consolidated view of operations and maintenance (O&M) activity across all sessions. Select a time range to review session volume, data transfer size, and O&M duration, then export the report in Word, PDF, or HTML format for audit purposes.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Administrator access to a Bastionhost instance
Select a time range
Log on to your bastion host. For more information, see Log on to a bastion host.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Audit > O&M Reports.
On the O&M Reports page, select a time range.
Click Current Day, Previous Day, Current Week, or Current Month for a preset range, or click Custom to define your own.
Time range Period covered Current Day 00:00:00 of the current day to the current point in time Previous Day 00:00:00 to 24:00:00 of the previous day Current Week 00:00:00 on Monday of the current week to the current point in time Current Month 00:00:00 on the first day of the current month to the current point in time Custom A custom range of up to 180 days

The O&M Reports page organizes data across four tabs.
Overview
The Overview tab summarizes all O&M activity for the selected time range. It displays O&M data across the Overview, O&M Operations, O&M Duration, and Session Size tabs.
Session Size
The Session Size tab shows how much data was transferred during O&M sessions. It has a Trend Chart section and a Details section. In Trend Chart, click Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to change the display granularity.

Details: Breakdown by protocol — SSH, RDP, SFTP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLServer, and Total.
O&M Operations
The O&M Operations tab shows the number of O&M sessions conducted. It has a Trend Chart section and a Details section. In Trend Chart, click Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to change the display granularity.

Export an O&M report
Export an O&M report to share session statistics and the O&M overview with your audit or compliance team.
Log on to your bastion host. For more information, see Log on to a bastion host.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Audit > O&M Reports.
In the upper-right corner of the O&M Reports page, open the Export Report drop-down list and select a format: Word, PDF, or HTML.
