Bastionhost:Database O&M tools and versions

Install a supported database O&M tool on your Windows or macOS machine before connecting to Bastionhost to perform O&M operations on an asset.

Important

Only the tools listed in this topic are covered by the service-level agreement (SLA). Using unsupported tools may cause connection failures or affect Bastionhost stability.

¹ DBeaver 21 or later and DbVisualizer 12.1.9 or 13.0.1 can connect only to databases running MySQL 5.7 or later.

Usage notes

FinalShell: FinalShell is not a supported tool. When used to connect to Bastionhost, it generates a large number of exec sessions in a short period of time, which disrupts normal sessions. If you must use FinalShell, clear the Exec Channel option to maintain stable O&M connections.
