A subscription Prometheus instance for Container Service provides two built-in capabilities: performance monitoring suite and integration with Kubernetes events. These capabilities include the following features:
Cluster event collection
Workload performance monitoring
Ingress performance monitoring
CoreDNS performance monitoring
Default state by billing method
Whether these features are enabled by default depends on the billing method of your Prometheus instance for Container Service:
