Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Custom public domain name

Last Updated:Jun 20, 2026

Customize the domain name prefix for your Managed Service for Grafana workspace to create a public domain name that aligns with your brand.

Important
  • This feature is available only for the Pro and Advanced Editions of Managed Service for Grafana. Developer Edition users must upgrade to use it.

  • The public domain name for the workspace must be enabled to use this feature.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ARMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Managed Service for Grafana > Workspace Management.

  2. On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace that you want to manage.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Domain Name Management.

Configure a custom domain name

  1. On the Personalized Public Domain Name tab, click Modify.

  2. In the Modify Personalized Public Domain Name dialog box, enter a custom domain name prefix and click Confirm.

    Note

To revert to the default domain name, delete the prefix in the Modify Personalized Public Domain Name dialog box.

The domain name consists of a customizable prefix and the fixed suffix .grafana.aliyuncs.com. The prefix must be 4 to 32 characters long, start with a letter, and contain only letters, digits, underscores (_), and hyphens (-). For workspaces in regions outside the Chinese mainland, a corresponding regional suffix, such as .eu for Europe, .us for the United States, .jp for Japan, and .ap for Southeast Asia, is automatically appended. The .dev suffix is also supported. The change takes approximately three minutes to take effect.

After you complete the configuration, you can view the updated domain name on the Workspace Information page. On the workspace's Basic Information page, the Public Address field displays the custom domain name, for example, https://grafana-cn-xxx.grafana.aliyuncs.com:443.
