Managed Service for Grafana lets you grant other Alibaba Cloud accounts access to your Grafana workspaces. Each authorized account receives a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) within a specific Grafana organization, controlling what the account holder can do with dashboards. Use this page to authorize accounts, assign roles, and manage permissions across your workspaces.
Prerequisites
Managed Service for Grafana Pro Edition or Advanced Edition. If you are on the Developer Edition, upgrade to Pro or Advanced Edition first.
Authorize an Alibaba Cloud account
Log on to the ARMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Managed Service for Grafana > Workspace Management.
On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace to manage.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Account Management, then click Authorize Alibaba Cloud Users.
In the Authorize Alibaba Cloud Users dialog box, configure the following parameters and click Authorize.
Parameter Description User ID The ID of the Alibaba Cloud account to authorize. Description Remarks about the account. This information is displayed only in the Alibaba Cloud console. Organization The Grafana organization the account belongs to. To manage organizations, go to Server Admin > Org in the Grafana console. For details, see Grafana organization management. Permissions The permissions on all dashboards in the Grafana workspace: Admin (can manage the dashboards), Editor (can modify the dashboards), or Viewer (can only view the dashboards). For details, see Grafana role documentation. Return to the Workspace Management page, copy the workspace URL, and share it with the authorized account holder.
After authorization, the account appears on the Account Management page.

Sign in with an authorized account
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console with the authorized account.
Open the workspace URL shared by the workspace owner.
Click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to access Grafana.
Manage authorized accounts
From the Account Management page, reset the workspace Admin password or update permissions for authorized accounts.
Reset the Admin password
In the upper-right corner of the Account Management page, click Reset Admin Password. In the dialog box, set a new password for the Admin account.
Modify account permissions
In the Actions column of an authorized account, the following operations are available:

| Modify permissions | Change the permissions of the account in a Grafana organization. |
| Delete Permissions | Remove the account from a specific Grafana organization. |
