On the Account Management page of the Managed Service for Grafana console, you can authorize other Alibaba Cloud accounts to use your Grafana workspaces. This topic describes how to authorize an Alibaba Cloud account and use an authorized account to log on to Grafana.
Prerequisites
You are using Managed Service for Grafana Pro or Advanced Edition. If you are using the Developer Edition, first update to the Pro or Advanced Edition.
Authorize an Alibaba Cloud account
Log on to the ARMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace that you want to manage.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Account Management. On the page that appears, click Authorize Alibaba Cloud Users.
In the Authorize Alibaba Cloud Users dialog box, specify the account ID, select an organization and permission, and click Authorize.

User ID
The ID of the Alibaba Cloud account that you want to authorize.
Description
Remarks about the account. The information is displayed only in the Alibaba Cloud console.
Organization
The Grafana organization to which the account belongs. You can manage organizations by choosing in the left-side navigation pane of the Grafana console. For more information, see Grafana documentation.
Permissions
Select the permissions on all dashboards in the Grafana workgroup.
Admin: Can manage the dashboards.
Editor: Can modify the dashboards.
Viewer: Can only view the dashboards.

After being authorized, you can view the authorized accounts on the Account Management page.

Return to the Workspace Management page, copy the URL of the workspace you want the account to access, and share the URL with the account user.
Log on to Grafana
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console with the authorized account.
Use the URL obtained in the preceding steps to go to the Grafana console.
Click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to log on to Grafana.
Manage accounts
On the Account Management page, you can change the Admin account password of the current workspace or manage the account permissions of authorized accounts.
In the upper-right corner of the Account Management page, click Reset Admin Password. In the dialog box, set a new password for the Admin account.
In the Actions column of the authorized account:
Click Add permissions to add it to another Grafana organization and set the permissions of the account in the organization.
Click Modify permissions to change the permissions of the account in the Grafana organization.
Click Delete Permissions to remove it from a Grafana organization.
Click Delete an account to revoke the permissions.
