This topic describes how to manage tags of applications. On the Applications page, you can add tags to applications, filter applications by tag, and remove tags from applications.

Add a tag

  1. Log on to the ARMS console .
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Application Monitoring > Applications. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
  3. On the Applications page, move the pointer over the Tag icon next to an application and click Edit tags.
  4. In the Edit tags dialog box, you can add tags to the application by using one of the following methods:
    • Click the drop-down list next to Bind and select an existing tag.
    • Click Create tag, specify a key-value pair, and then click OK.
    Note Click the × icon to the right of a tag to remove the tag from the current application.
  5. Click OK.

Filter applications by tag

  1. On the Applications page, click the Tag drop-down list.
  2. In the Tag drop-down list, select the tag that you want to use to filter applications.
