Resource plans (Pro Edition) — refundable
Request a refund
Submit a ticket to request a refund. The refund amount is calculated based on your actual resource usage.
Refund scope
The remaining balance from subscription and stored-value cards is returned to the original payment account.
Coupons and vouchers cannot be refunded.
Impact on your service
After a refund, what happens to your service depends on whether your account has other active resource plans.
If you have remaining resource plans:
ARMS offsets quotas from your remaining resource plans in chronological order based on expiration time.
If the remaining quotas are not enough to cover your usage, pay-as-you-go billing automatically applies to the excess.
Your service continues as long as your account balance can cover the pay-as-you-go charges.
If your account balance is not enough to settle the bills, the bills become overdue. See Overdue payments.
If you have no remaining resource plans:
Pay-as-you-go billing automatically applies to all usage.
If your account balance is not enough to settle the bills, the bills become overdue. See Overdue payments.
Pay-as-you-go (Basic Edition and Pro Edition) — not refundable
With pay-as-you-go billing, ARMS generates a bill for the previous day on a daily basis and deducts the amount from your Alibaba Cloud account balance. No upfront fees are charged, so refunds do not apply.
If your account balance is not enough to settle the bills, the bills become overdue. See Overdue payments.
