Changes
Starting March 17, 2026, the client-side Signature authentication method for ApsaraMQ for MQTT will be temporarily unavailable.
Affected scope
Existing clients and instances that already use Signature authentication will not be affected.
New instances will no longer support Signature authentication.
Please use one of the following authentication methods instead: token authentication, unique-certificate-per-device authentication, or custom authentication.
Effective date
This change will take effect on March 17, 2026. We will announce the reopening time separately.
Action required
If you plan to create a new instance and connect using Signature authentication, please switch to one of the supported authentication methods above.
