    ApsaraMQ for Kafka:Why can I view monitoring data with my Alibaba Cloud account but not as a RAM user?

    The RAM user does not have the required CloudMonitor permissions.

    Cause

    The RAM user is not granted the permissions to view monitoring data.

    Solution

    Use your Alibaba Cloud account to attach the AliyunCloudMonitorReadOnlyAccess system policy to the RAM user.

    1. Log on to the RAM console with your Alibaba Cloud account.

    2. Attach the AliyunCloudMonitorReadOnlyAccess policy to the target RAM user.

    After the policy is attached, the RAM user has the permissions to view monitoring data.
